Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program

The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low-income seniors with fresh, nutritious produce from local farmers. Those who qualify will receive a $50 voucher to spend at authorized farmers’ markets, roadside stands, and community-supported agriculture programs.

How To Qualify

  • Must be a low-income senior aged 60 or older at the time of application
  • Have proof of identity (must be presented to pick up)
  • Live in Lancaster County, SC

You must apply in person in your county of residence to receive these benefits.

You must apply at one of the advertised location, no applications will be received at HOPE.
